What Should I Do With It?
Air pillows are commonly used as protective filler when shipping fragile items. They are made of polyethylene plastic film, which is the same material used for plastic shopping bags. Although you cannot recycle them through most curbside programs, you can take them to local plastic film drop-off bins. Simply deflate the pillows completely before dropping them off.
Before throwing this away, see if it can be fixed up, given to a friend, or donated to a local thrift shop. Keeping items in use is the best way to stop waste before it starts!
