Plastic printer ink and toner cartridges for office printers

What Should I Do With It?

Used in both home and business printers, plastic ink and toner cartridges cannot be recycled through most curbside collection programs. However, you can easily recycle them through various retail and manufacturer drop-off or mail-in initiatives. As an added bonus, many of these programs offer $1 to $2 back per cartridge in cash or store rewards, just keep in mind that they typically must be undamaged to qualify.

💡 Helpful Tip

Before throwing this away, see if it can be fixed up, given to a friend, or donated to a local thrift shop. Keeping items in use is the best way to stop waste before it starts!
